Yearly Report Requirements

The operator of the mine is required to file report every year on the yearly report date of the mine license established by the department. The department will take care of mailing a yearly report form for each licensed location to the operator around a couple months previous to the yearly report. The department will in addition make available a map for every licensed site and this is so that the operator is able to show the areas that have been mined and reclaimed in general ever since the previous yearly report dates. The operator will need to fill out the forms and maps and render them to the department along with a yearly fee of $ (find out in your state or country). The concluded yearly report will have the following information: the total number of acres mined under the license, the amount of acres that were mined under the license since the last yearly report date, the total number of acres that have been reclaimed under the license, total amount of acres reclaimed under the license since the last yearly report date, and finally the amount of tons that have been taken out under this licence and every since the last yearly report date.
