The technology is so much or even more important that the capital as the generator of dependence; due to this, when our small medium mining performs studies to obtain the appropriate metallurgic method which guarantees the installation of a plant; generally, this is linked to an expensive plant which in most of the cases is not at hands reach of the small miner.

But using the method of lixiviation in heap leaching; even though this might not be the most efficient method, one can initiate operation knowing that this can be economically feasible and that it allows the miner to go capitalizing himself, so that in a posterior stage he can install the plant more conveniently, and which also allows the treatment of the residues left in the initial treatment and thus have a maximum advantage of the values. For this, this method is extremely attractive for the miners since the cost of capital and of the operation is in the order of 20% and 40% respectively, facing the costs of the conventional methods.

The technology is elemental, many times the road to the bed is not necessary, the only thing necessary is that determined plains for the lixiviation flats exist and a 6% of water with respect to the volume of the mineral which is to be treated.

The lack of opportune resolution of the different problems which are presented in the mineral-metallurgic industry since the exploitation of the beds until the giving of the products is a frequent cause of faliures, which sometimes represent partial losses or minimal advantage of the values and, in another, the total loss of the investments.

In many cases, the mining development has been taken until positive mineral cubiquing, or the sufficient access for guaranteeing the investment in the installation of a metallurgic plant, but the adequate treatment is unknown and, as a result, the plant which must be built and even in other cases in which the more or less expensive installations are lifted which are not at the reach of the small miner in a first instance.

Much has been said concerning the importance of the foerign capital as a creator of the dependence between the countries and they have taken concrete measures by the governments to norm its activity; on the other hand, with the technology, the same has not been done until the present date; this is what the lack of effective measures adopted by the countries for handling this factor of the production is thus demonstrated.

The technology is so much or even more important that the capital as the generator of dependence, in a great measure we can say that the technology is the door for making capital.
