Mining Methods in Auriferous Placers of over 20 meters in depth

In exploitations of auriferous deposits that have a depth of over 20 meters, dredging can be done in a series of stages depending on the size of the feather but this can also be done by using heavy equipment in the movement of earth and riffled or rocky channels, or gravimetric plants in the concentration. The mining methods that have been utilized in the certain exploitation jobs are through small scale mining, through the movement of the earth with monitors, concentration, semi mechanized method, tractors, front end loaders, dump trucks, trommels, extractors, portable plants with jigs etc.

In the mining methods just mentioned perforation and blasting is used for the removing of the material. For the evacuation of the thicker material (tailings) in the semi mechanized and mechanized, a train with a wagon has been utilized. Team work of heavy equipment and mobile plants establishes the need of optimizing its usage in order to justify the investment.

In this auriferous mining spot, we can observe diverse operations of extraction of gold, from the simple panners to those that utilize heavy equipment in the removal of material and mobile plants with jigs on the concentration, and in later there will be a bucket dredge that will treat a great amount of auriferous material per year. The present will briefly talk about the description of the mining operations in our hypothetical site.

Generalities
The area we are describing has approximately 3.0 Km in width 10.0 Km in length and 30 meters in depth. The rainy season is from December to March 67 percent.
