Mini Dredges Hydro jet System
Basic Elements:
- 2 plastic pontoons or pneumatic chambers.
- 1 aluminum sluices.
- 1 aluminum stand.
- 1 carpet base of slues.
- Armors of aluminum or any other material.
- 1 high pressure motor pump.
- 1 Power Jet Steel Tube.
- 1 compressor added to a motor
- 1 scuba suit, implements.
Suction and Power Diameter Motor
- Mini-dredge 2” requires motor B.S. of 3 HP.
- Mini-dredge 3” requires motor B.S. of 8 HP.
- Mini-dredge 4” requires motor B.S. of 8 HP.
- Mini-dredge 6” requires motor B.S. of 10 HP.
- Mini-dredge 8” requires motor B.S. of 32 HP. (2 x 16 HP).
In mini dredges of 8” it is required to mount two motors and two pumps of high pressure of 16 HP each, the ones which are connected to the Power Jet with two hose entrances of high pressure of 3”.
The Height of Elevation of Material
The suction squall generally is of 6.00 m. of height starting from the level of the river where it floats.
In rivers where there is velocity and where one can find thick gold (slings, scales etc.) its use of personal mining is feasible.
Recommendations
Overcome the elevation of gravel to 1,20 m. or more of the level of the river, with the intention of installing longer sluices.
