Mechanized Method (Truck, Retro excavator, Plant with Jigs)
The mining is in a radial form, the front will have the shape of the sector if circumference with the center in the concentrated plant, and will advance in the exploitation with the level of the floor of the plant.
The start off of the auriferous material is performed with perforation and explosion.
There must be at least two fronts of work; the IR Crawlair CM-350 drill uses reels of 3 ½” of diameter and depth of 15 meters; the explosion with ANFO.
For the carrying of the material towards the plant, one must use a truck, and for carrying and dumping material to the mill hopper we use a retro excavator.
The classification section of thick material of the concentrating plant (mill hopper of feeding with a gridiron of 6” of opening, Trommel, transporting belt and mill hoppers of reception of material + ½”) is mobile and will advance with the front of the mining.
The material enters into the mill hopper with the help of a sprinkle of water of high pressure which comes from a monitor of 2 ½”. The relation water/solid = 6/1.
The mill hopper grill of 6” of opening is tilted so that the material +6”, after being washed by the sprinkle of water, is accumulated in a field & later it is evacuated with the help of a frontal carrier and a tilt truck.
The material -6” enters the Trommel (cylindrical rotational Zaranda of 5” and length 25”, of perforated irons with holes of 1/2”) where it is washed and desegregated by water sprinkles which come from sprays through the Trommel).
The material -1/2” passes through the holes of the Trommel towards the mill hopper with a classifying worm, after it is pumped to a mud clearing cone where by overflow a large percentage of clay is eliminated and the rest is fed to the jigs (3 primary jigs and 1 secondary jig, duplex Yuba type of capacity of jig of 48 m3/hour), where also by overflow the material is eliminated to the rewashing canals.
The final material is taken to a amalgamating table (surface of iron impregnated with mercury) where the free gold is trapped in the form of amalgam, which is removed periodically and taken to a laboratory for a refogating.
The material + ½” which comes out of the Trommel is taken by a transporting belt (36” wide, 15 m. long, 15° degrading towards a mill hopper of 20 m3 of capacity and, after transported by a locomotive with its wagon to a field of washings.
In the measure that the section classification of thickness advances, the train line will also advance for the locomotive.

Mechanized Method (Dredges) The exploitation of placing through the use of dredges is of optimal efficiency and of low operation cost.
The dredge to be used is the bed of some specific areas, it would be of buckets of water wheels which consist of a floating installation which performs the tumbling and extraction, hydraulic disintegration, concentration and evacuation of washings.
