Hydraulic disintegration -- Usage of monitors
Monitor 1 Investment: $ Motor pump of 4 inches x 16 HP. Bs. S. Suction hose of 4 inches Check valve of 4 inches Hose terminal spiral nipple of 3 inches that serves as a nozzle 100 meter intake hose of 4 inches high pressure Motor pump placed over a raft that can run along the edge of the river and with movement of one hundred meters of the mount. It requires differences of levels of 4 to 5 meters Performance: 150 m3/day x 8 working hours, which equals to 25 workers per day. Monthly outcome for one shift: 3,750 m3. Unitary price and cost: $
Monitor 2 Investment: $ Motor pump of 6 inches x 36 C.V. Diesel Suction hose of 6 inches Check valve of 6 inches Hose terminal spiral nipple of 6 inches sot 4 inches of exit 200 meter semi rigid hose of 6 inches This can move along all the way through the length of the ledges in a raft mounted on pontoons. Requires of differences of levels 4 to 5 meters Performance: 1,000 m3/day x 16 working hours, which is the same as 160 labourers a day. Unitary price and cost for m3: $
Monitor 3 Investment: $ Similar to monitor 2 but a more solid pump of Cravely Motor 36 CV Works in mountain of over 200 meters of a hydraulic source Does not require a drain Eliminates at depression of the terrain through a pressure pump the disintegrated substances Performance: 500.00 m3/day Unitary price and cost: $
