How the Electric Magnets Work

Three containers are positioned at the ejection end of the belt. The one in the middle grab the gold and other non-magnetic material, and the small quantity of iron that was not aloof by the magnets. The material in this central container is the magnetic divider concentrate. The two exterior containers grab the magnetic iron which has moved to the edges of the conveyor belt. The magnetic iron in these 2 containers is the “tail” of the magnetic division and is unnecessary. Rarely in this course the power to the DC magnet is shut off .The material clinging to it is plummet off onto the belt and gather in a divide container as it falls off the end off the belt .A small quantity of gold has been trapped in this iron as it collected on the DC magnet .this is a second, less rich concentrate and will be store.

The magnetic division used in this cleaning mill is about 12 feet long and 30 inch wide. The belt is 10 feet long and 18 inches wide .The 3 AC magnets calculate 18 by 20, the DC magnets face the middle four inches of the conveyor belt. Basically all of the magnetic iron has been remove by this moment: the majority on the separating table, the residual on the magnetic divider. The primary concentrate consist mostly of gold with small quantity of other nonmagnetic materials .This concentrate must be carefully washed by hand to split by gravity ,the gold from the other material near. The final artifact will be wash free gold or placer gold .The lower concentrate contains normally iron with only a little sum of gold .This concentrate cannot be easily clean by washing but instead must be compound the melted and transfer into a mold to form a gold “button” .Both of these  progression will be discussed in the detail .
