Gravimetric Separation in Vibration Tables

The most used is the modified Wilfley type with more dead points. Once the fine materials in a level of semi-concentrates (sands or substances which are associated to gold) are classified for a definite final classification, it is possible to perform the separation of gold and the substances associated on top of an inclined and vibration table of asymmetric horizontal movement, so that in a classified and slow manner, the mineral substances will separate according to their specific weights, treating materials within the ranges of: 4mm. to 400 mesh.

The fine materials are concentrated in the elevated rotations and short spaces.

The thick materials are concentrated in low rotations and long spaces.

The vibration tables can be placed in three levels in parallels or series.
