Conclusion and Legends

Conclusion

  1. The concentrate subministered is not possible to be used directly in the lixiviation.
  2. A stage of ustullation is made indispensable.
  3. The best ustullated product was obtained at 680°C in two stages, the first in inert atmosphere and the second at oxidant atmosphere.
  4. The higher recuperation were obtained with the following conditions: 2.5 g. 1-1 of NaCN, 33% of solids in the pulp (2/1), temperature of 70°C, in hours of testing, with the agitated and well aired pulp, the pH being of 10.7.
  5. The ustullation and the temperature present a significant interaction, resulting in high recuperation. Individually they do not present the same level of effect.
  6. The level of recuperation of gold and silver was above the 94% in the conditions previously mentioned.
  7. The consumption of Cyanate was left at about 3 kilograms per tonneage of concentrate treated.
